Perfect for pet lovers
The room was very clean and had a door to the parking lot, made it super easy to come and go with my dog. The staff was great too, super friendly and helped us feel welcome soon as we came in.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but I'd say it was still worth it.

polite desk service. Called to make sure we were still coming (went to fair and arrived late)
Inn could use a fresh coat of paint. Since it was the first week end of the State Fair, yours was about the only one with rooms left. The room was "okay", but probablty wouldn't stay there again.

Obvously an old property really in need of upgrade. Worn carpet, non functioning small appliances, ice macines out of order, doesn't smell clean, cigarette burns on tub, and the list goes on.

Request a room on a lower floor for easier access and less chance of noise from above.

decent stay but room for improvement
The location was very convenient, right off the interstate with ample parking available. The bed in the Superior King Room was comfortable, awesome for a good night's rest. I appreciated the safe neighborhood. The cleanliness was on par with what I expect-a positive point! There was a solid breakfast selection.
Late checkouts were not an option.

The breakfast was the best part of the experience.
The bathroom was not able to secure properly. The a/c didn't operate properly and beds were not of the best quality. This hotel was a recent convert from a Motel 6 and overall this was not the best quality for the amount of near $60,

This motel offers super clean rooms with very comfortable beds, perfect for a restful night's sleep. The breakfast selection was excellent, with everything from waffles to bacon and cheese biscuits. It's notably quiet, awesome for a great environment to unwind after a busy day.
No late checkouts.

Convenient Location and Nice Staff Make for a Solid Stay
I spent one night here and appreciated how helpful the front desk was. The room was decent for the price, but be prepared for some noise from the hallways. The location was perfect for accessing local attractions.

The staff was really nice, especially the front desk lady who helped us quickly and got us a room on the ground floor to make unloading easier. The breakfast was surprisingly good, definitely better than expected.

1) Supposed to be non-smoking - had to wash everything I took with me - odor 2) Security lock missing on one door - the other one had been jimmied before 3) Carpet raveling and not clean 4) Vanity light ballest leaking and light then burned out 5) Adhesive in the bottom of the tub - sticky This place needs to be taken off your list. It is a no-tell hotel and definitely not suitable for families. If it hadn't been 11:30 at night I would have left and found another place to stay. I put chairs and a table in front of the doors just in case. What a hole.
